Starter checklist
Every requirement for your trade and state, one page, with sources
The same verified lines this site publishes, compiled for one trade and one state: which license applies, the threshold that triggers it, the bond, the tax registration, the renewal date. Every line carries its official source and the date it was read.
What is in it, before the price
- Trades: the 7 of this site: pressure washing, food truck, mobile detailing, handyman work, junk removal, lawn care, cleaning.
- Contractor licensing: verified in CA, NV, AZ, FL, TX. Not 50 states. The ones we have not read are absent rather than estimated.
- Also per trade: discharge rules, pesticide certification, commissary requirements, waste transporter filings, bonding facts and tax registration, each with its source and read date.
One real row, exactly as delivered
This row is also on the free pages. Nothing in the checklist is written in a different voice or held back for buyers.

Not live yet
The checklist is opening soon
The rows this site publishes are real and stay free. The compiled per-trade edition is still being finished, so there is nothing to buy today.
What this is not
- Not insurance, and not an insurance offer.
- Not legal advice about your situation.
- Not a quote, a price estimate, or a recommendation.
If a state or a trade you need is not covered yet, do not buy it. The free pages list what is verified, trade by trade, starting at the index of trades, and the sourcing standard is on methodology.
